We offer a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all principal parts (structural frame and panels) of the Omni Pod/Booth Range. Electrical components are covered by a 2-year warranty. This limited warranty is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

How long is this Limited Warranty valid?

The limited warranty for the Omni Pod/Booth Range is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.The original purchase receipt will be required as proof of purchase.

What is covered under this Limited Warranty?

The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all main parts of the Omni Pod/Booth Range from the date of purchase. This does not include wear and tear or misuse.

What will Omni do in the case of any defects?

Omni will examine the product and, at its sole discretion, either physically or via video call, decide if it is covered under this limited warranty. If considered covered, Omni will, through its service operations, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or comparable product or parts, at its sole discretion. Omni will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff that Omni incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without extraordinary expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorized by Omni. Replaced parts become the property of Omni. If the item is no longer sold by Omni, Omni will provide an appropriate replacement. It is Omni that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a suitable replacement for the Omni soundproof phone booth.

What is not covered under this Limited Warranty?

This limited warranty does not apply to Omni acoustic control phone booths/meeting rooms that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or products. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This limited warranty does not apply if the products have been placed outdoors, in prolonged direct sunlight, or in a humid environment.
