I. Order Timeframe
We can't guarantee a specific delivery or shipment date for any order, but under normal circumstances orders will be shipped 2-3 weeks following payment. Generally, orders will only be delayed if there is a backorder on a requested material or a problem with the check or money order sent to us.

II. Payment Terms
Orders will not be sent into production without payment in full. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Payment must be made in the form of a check or money order.

III. Shipping and Tax
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are included in the base price of the nook. All orders will be shipped by a trucking company who will contact the buyer to schedule a delivery.

New York State residents will be charged a sales tax of 8.625% on their order.

IV. Warranty
Your nook is guaranteed to be free from workmanship defects upon arrival. We also stand by our guarantee that your nook will remain structurally solid for the lifetime of the product. Our lifetime guarantee does not cover paint chips, fabric and upholstery rips, tabletop cracks or chips or any other cosmetic problem.

V. Return Policy
All orders are custom made to your preference. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their order confirmation prior to sending in payment. Once your order is in production, we are unable to modify it. If you need to make changes to your order please call us at (718) 531-1744, send us an e-mail, or make the necessary changes on the confirmation e-mail and send it in with your payment. When making corrections to your order, please include the full name and number of the material in question.

There will be no returns or exchanges on any order. All sales are final.
